Refund,Returns and Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- A clear unboxing video and photos of the product must be provided as proof.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Wrong size, color, or design selected by the customer.
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Used, washed, altered, or worn products.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Return requests made after the allowed time period.
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our customer support with your order number.
- Share clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 2–5 business days.
- If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to appear in your account.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, approved refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account or another agreed payment method after verification.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for:
- Damaged products.
- Defective products.
- Incorrect items delivered.
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
Disclaimer: Product images are captured under professional lighting to present the design and details as accurately as possible. The actual product color may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, camera settings, and differences in monitor or mobile screen displays. Minor variations in image clarity or color representation do not affect the quality of the product.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
8. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For any other approved return, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
9. Non-Delivery
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
10. Quality Inspection
All returned products undergo a quality inspection. If the product does not meet our return conditions, the return request may be rejected and the product may be shipped back to the customer.
